What data is collected, how it flows, and what stays off the table. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

To get quotes, we collect gender, birthdate, how you rate your health, tobacco use, coverage amount, and term—then ship those to the carriers' quoting engine for pricing. This website does not store that data. No name, street address, phone, or email is needed to view quotes. If the same person asks the same question twice, we may pull from a temporary cache to spare the carriers extra work.

Applying

Should you start an application, your answers populate a secure form run by the carriers' system, where their privacy rules take over. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California agency (License 0B75129), processes all applications.

The contact form

The contact form takes your name, email, a phone number if you choose, your preferred way to hear back, a subject, and what you want to say. We send it by email to the agency, and use your email as the return address. The website retains no archive of messages, maintains no submission log, and stores nothing about what you wrote. A brief anti-spam test runs locally in your browser before dispatch.

Measurement

Page views are counted through a first-party, no-cookies system run from this domain. We do not set cookies or identifiers on your machine; two bytes of your IP get masked before storage; we strip query strings from referrer URLs; raw logs disappear after 90 days. Visitors with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled skip measurement entirely.

What we do not do

We do not hawk your data, do not track you for ads, and do not let analytics firms follow you here. The carriers' application system is the only third-party script, and it lives only on the apply page.
